There are various theories about how science progresses, in which Thomas Cohen, the theorist of the philosophy of science, considers the evolution of science to be the result of the inefficiency of the main principles or paradigms of a science and the emergence and replacement of its competing principles. A multi-stage model such as normal science, crisis, revolution, and modern science has explained that each of these stages has its own definitions; Thomas Cohen's model is so flexible that it is revolutionary in examining revolutionary developments in various sciences including adaptable literature. This is how traditional poetry evolves into new poetry Persian literature is one of the things that can be evaluated on the basis of Kuhn's model; given the transformation that Nima has made in traditional poetry into new poetry, it has to possess the characteristics of not having the title of "poetic revolution". "Father of New Persian Poetry" will compliment him. In this comparative-analytic study, based on the model of Kuhn's prophecy, the evolution of Nima's poetry in terms of whether or not it was revolutionary has been studied in three levels: linguistic, intellectual and literary. The results show that Nima's poetry has more features than any other stage of crisis, rather than revolution.
