The journal of Rhetoric and Grammar Studies (RGS) is an open-access peer-reviewed semiannual journal in Persian (with English abstracts and bibliographies) devoted to the field of rhetorical studies including theory, practice, history, criticism, and pedagogy from the linguistic point of view, published by the University of Qom and is scientifically sponsored by the Scientific Association of the Persian Language and Literature. The journal of Rhetoric and Grammar Studies (RGS) publishes scholarly articles on Persian rhetoric and grammar in its broadest sense, i.e., original and innovative research concerning the theory and the practice of rhetoric in all periods, and the connections between rhetoric and poetics, theory and literary criticism, philosophy, politics, religion, law and other aspects of culture and society. The journal of Rhetoric and Grammar Studies (RGS) aims to study the techniques Persian writers and poets from Iran, Afghanistan, India, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan utilize to inform, persuade, or motivate particular audiences in specific situations. It is an interdisciplinary journal devoted to the publication of original articles, review articles, etc., considering the research ethics and academic rules and regulations. The journal aims to publish research and review papers on the most recent issues and developments in the field. All papers are subject to a double-blind reviewing process.
