1. How can I submit a manuscript to the Journal ?

By going to the website of the journal (http://jls.qom.ac.ir/) and registering in the submission system, the authors can submit their articles and then wait for the review process of their papers.

2. How can I track the status of a submitted manuscript?

After receiving the manuscript by the journal office, review process begins and as soon as it is confirmed, the authors get informed about acceptance, rejection, or revision results via email.

3. How often is the journal published?

The Journal of Rhetoric and grammar studies is published Semi-annually.

4. Does the journal accept scientific notes or short communication papers?

No

5. What can authors do in case of having an inquiry or problem?

They can call the journal office (0098-025-32103659) or send an email to its address (jls@qom.ac.ir).

6. What can authors do if they forgot their password?

They can call the office and ask for a new password; it will be sent to their email address immediately.

7. Is it essential to choose and introduce referees when submitting a manuscript?

No, it’s not necessary. Editorial board and editor-in-chief themselves meticulously consider relevant scholars to review the manuscripts in different areas of research.

8. If in manuscript submission, authors’ personal details were registered inaccurately or if there was a mistake on their behalf in the order of authors what shall be done?

Manuscript submitters are in charge of such mistakes and the journal doesn’t have any commitment in this regard. However, the order of authors can be revised with the consent of authors and their formal request via email. The results of this rearrangement will be emailed to the authors as well.

9. If the corresponding author did not have access to other co-authors can he sign the author declaration form on their behalf?

Yes

10. Do the manuscripts extracted from thesis require written permission of the supervisor?

Yes, and in case the author violated this rule he/she would be in charge of its legal consequences.

11. We cannot sign into journal system; what can be done?
